Putting into perspective.. when your home floods, the upheaval and the disruption that takes place to get things back to normal is bad enough.. while not attempting to minimize those disruptions, it is quite something when a massive asylum structure outfitted with commerce on the basement level experiences a historic flash flood.. big buildings require big equipment and massive efforts
